Shipping policy
We ship to the UAE and the Gulf, Colombia, Mexico, the USA and Canada, Europe and other international destinations. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- UAE & Gulf: 2–4 business days
- Colombia: 2–5 business days
- Mexico, USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in your selected currency, and free shipping applies above the threshold shown for each region. You will receive a confirmation email and, when available, a tracking number. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & refunds
Because coffee is a food product, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. DIZTINTO COFFEE never stores your card details. Prices are shown in the currency you select, and UAE VAT (5%) is applied at checkout where applicable.
Terms of sale
By placing an order you agree to these terms. An order is confirmed once payment has been received. All products are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund. Product images are for reference and packaging may vary slightly. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Privacy
We only use your personal data (name, contact details and shipping address) to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support and, if you agree, send you news about our coffees. We never sell your data. Card details are handled directly by Stripe. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to diztinto@iov.ae.
